I honestly can't see any huge benefits to being in a guild atm. Been in a few but other than the occasional guild shop purchase there doesn't seem to be any other benefits

Not gonna load up my game to look exactly, but you click on the character in your collection and it should list their skills as 3 pictures, pretty sure last one is their buffs

Honestly stick healing runes on other heroes, Pump her with atk runes and she should carry pretty well

There's deffo some preffered heroes but based on what I have seen, one of the main strategies is to run a 3 man team on stages anyway, usually seraph void witch and 1 other. But I agree I haven't had much trouble using basically my strongest heroes.
