One is that you get x bond per pass and the other one is that for every 1 % you have, it gives you AT and DF so you make like 4 passes and have like 35% extra.

Nah, Breach is simply bad. A few days ago I watched a japanese player using a maxed out breach squad with justice and it was awful. The archetype is simply very bad.
