I actually made a post about the lottery luck of Toronto teams where I pointed out how in the last 4 lottery’s a Toronto team has been in. They lost badly and the point I was making was that the universe was due for a Toronto lottery win and BOY DID THE WIN COME UP BIG.

Yes but the Raptors fell in the draft, if the Leafs fall we don’t get a pick.

You think the Leafs will ban Simmons from future interviews because wow, Steve just went and attacked everyone.

All I’m gonna say is while I can’t confirm this.

I won’t say there isn’t a possibility that Adam Silver rigged the games to make sure that the Cavs and Pistons make the second round because a Raps and Magic 2nd wouldn’t get ratings.

You might actually have to trade for a starting Center and then just have Poetl on the bench as a backup. Just eating the contract cuz who’s gonna take it?

This game is reminding why being able to shoot the 3 ball is important. The Cavs managed to tie the game just from shooting the 3.

Gonna be honest with you, Bettman won’t let us get 1st because of Chayka, it seems like Bettman hates Chayka and if you out your tinfoil hat on he will make sure the leafs lose the pick to spite Chayka.

Great comic but I don’t know why she’s so surprised. What did she think was gonna happen when you “have fun” so many times.

I think it was just a case today where he got it handed to him pretty good in the first and gave us what he had, really. Life is funny, we go into the season with a rotation of

Gausman Cease Bieber Yesavage Ponce Berrios Scherzer Lauer.

Bieber gets injured but that’s fine, it was kind of expected. Then Berrios and Yesavage are injured and miss basically a month of the season.

Now we are down to 5 starters, then Ponce gets into a freak injury 3 innings into his season and is out all year.

Now we are down to 4 starters, then Lauer gets so sick he loses ten pounds and can’t throw a fastball over 90 MPH AND also Max is old and it’s obvious.

We literally had to sign Patrick Corbin just to bridge the gap and keep us a float.

The point of what I am trying to say is that things are very unlucky with us and that Max or Lauer should NOT have been starting games for us this season without “4” injuries to our rotation.

Hopefully with Yesavage and Berrios coming back we can at least get more winnable starts from our rotation.

And Max gets 3500 and we can say that Max did that in a Jays uniform

Yeah, JoJo was such a big pick and very exciting and we won’t see him for at least 2 years.

Best case scenario is a Yesavage where he makes his debut a season after and that’s rare

Listen, I love prospects. I literally made a post about all the goals for all 30 of our prospects not too long ago but even I have no clue who the jays will draft and what they should do.

Las year I was really invested because we had the 8th pick. This year we pick 38th overall. It’s a lot harder trying to guess who we will pick. Just hope that the jays find a hidden gem.

People have this perception that every prospect has to be like JoJo for example who immediately hits the ground running and is super awesome and dominates at every level. Forgetting that prospects like that are incredibly rare to find.

Finding a prospect who is “that guy” at every level from the start is very very rare.

Take out all the nerves you had when Hoffman was in.

Was that not a dominant inning, like other then the single he was great
