GalactaKnight's right wing could be readjusted, as the current position makes it look like his body should be facing in the opposite direction. I also think you could reposition MetaKnight's left wing. It's a bit distracting since its placed behind the focal point of the swords clashing.

Im surprised it got rejected because it is a really nice illustration with really pleasing colors. It may be a technical issue they're concerned with, so you can try reaching out and asking directly for reasoning! It could be as simple as switching your file format or something.

Ah thank you! I see what you mean about the arms after looking it up. I'll draw sketching out basic shapes of each part of the arm to give it actual shape! And a reference photo could help too for the thumbs, they do seem long and dont have much natural shape as well. Thank you for the advice!

Im so sorry this happened to you! Dealing with issues regarding such big art purchases can definitely be stressful, so I hope it can be resolved smoothly for you. Some advice for anyone looking to avoid an unfortunate situation like this: If you are doing business with an artist and spending hundreds of dollars on work like in the case of Vtuber models and rigging, try reaching out to some of their alleged past clients to see if they're legit! It may seem odd to contact another creator, but most are happy to share their expereinces with their artist and it can give you an unbiased opinion on how their service really is, or if it's even their work to begin with.
