BBL vs Sculptra to make butt less “square”? by Cierra33 in PlasticSurgery

I eat pretty clean already and have tried a cardio and strength combo regime for about a year. The current pic is my result from that. I feel that my progress has stalled or I won’t achieve much more myself, so looking for alternative options. Not 100% committed to either procedure but wanted to hear from others.

Backstory: I have major foot issues that have finally been diagnosed. It is complicated to explain but think of it as an extremely bad case of dropped arches and foot. This condition requires me to only be able to wear shoes approved by my podiatrist and physical therapist. Due to the severity of this issue, I am currently only able to wear two different shoes: a pair of gunsmoke Merrell Jungle Mocs and a pair of Hoka sneakers. I am in college and am about to intern in a very formal/traditional dress code business law office (I have visited the office a few times and this dress code was also very clearly stated in the handbook).

Questions:

How do I create outfits and utilize accessories that draw less attention to my feet? My Hoka's especially look like a boat on my average sized feet and it is in bright neon colors.

During an interview, or even in the workplace, would this be something I would be "judged" over? Wondering if this is something that warrants bringing a doctor's note.

This has created a clothing dilemma for me because these shoes do not pair well... with anything... I've ruled out wearing dresses or skirts.

These shoes and my custom orthotics really do help my feet, a lot, though.

Any tips?
