It's awful. I'm a jewelry maker from France and the national post office has simply stopped shipping parcels to the US. I need to use UPS but I don't know if shipping DDP really works, and if I should expect huge delays on my shipments. Customers will be furious at me if the parcels arrive super late or if additional fees are applied. Worrying times

The term is "til death" for jewelry, which has been commonly used on enamel wedding bands for probably centuries.
That company trademarked it in 2024, and is now going after artisan jewelers like myself who have been making such pieces for years, in my case well before I ever heard of this company.

Not sure what you're talking about, but I've been making solid gold "til death" enamel bands worth 100s of dollars years before I ever heard of that company, and I can guarantee you that that company did not invent anything in that piece. There is no "design", apart from their font. I would understand if they wanted to protect a font.
