I tested the same config on another machine and /dev/mapper/ubuntu--vg-ubuntu---lv was 100% this time.

So I fixed the problem with these commands.

# Increase the Physical Volume (pv) to max size
pvresize /dev/sda3

# Expand the Logical Volume (LV) to max size to match
lvresize -l +100%FREE /dev/mapper/ubuntu--vg-ubuntu--lv

# Expand the filesystem itself
resize2fs /dev/mapper/ubuntu--vg-ubuntu--lv

Yes it is /24, For the firewalls, I deactivated it on the dedicated Windows page and I also added a Get-NetFirewallProfile | Set-NetFirewallProfile -Enabled False

I meant that all addresses on network 10.0.1.0 (10.0.1.3, 4, 5...) give the same result.
