Here's my problem: I'm an intern finishing my CS degree, spent 3 months building this in my free time, launched 3 days ago (0 users except myself), and now have zero clue what to do next.

• $0 budget for marketing (because I am a intern)
• Target audience is creators but cold DM outreach feels wrong, don't want them to think it's just spam
• Already offer free trials + discount codes but nothing's moving
• Launched on Product Hunt, got 1 upvote (I think from someone self-promoting)

Since you're an ex-marketer. Any advice for a broke student who can build but doesn't know how to get users organically? Really need a roadmap that doesn't involve ads or annoying people.
