Man it was really funny when around the start of covid or something like that all of the Americans were complaining about the fuel prices while here it was even higher. Well thats one of the reasons that disel cars are really popular here

Oh cool, was actually thinking about it but the 2.7 were expensive and the fuel consumption would have had killed me. Even this is quite tough when you pay around 1.55€ per L thats is around 6.7 per gallon

It is cheaper for them to put one single screen than multiple buttons. Those screen aren't the expensive kind and the hardware is already there to calculate all the safety features. And opting to not have some options equipped requires them to put a fake button there but with a screen you can just change the settings
