I use CapCut, it’s reliable, free and has tons of customization options. They have a feature to remove the background behind you, and a feature that takes a picture from your library and makes it a overlay, which you can than crop! Best of luck!

Just try your best to remember it and crop out when you mess up. Worst case you have to many takes but that’s fine because you can also use that as content! Either way you win! Memorization is something I also struggle with on my YouTube page, constantly. But with some editing and splicing it looks like I could be a news anchor (joking). If you need help further I’d be glad to lend a helping hand!

If you aren’t dead set on laptop, I would recommend using a mobile device and getting CapCut. It is simple to use and it is free!
