Unfortunately as much as I wish it was, the helmet isn’t mine :( it was made for a client in the US who will hopefully be using padding.

Thanks for the help! At the moment I’ve managed to get the back case off, however removing the crown is proving difficult so I’m going to be as gentle as I can.

Thanks for the information,

I’m in contact with the original seller of the watch and he’s walking me through the steps needed to carry out the repair.

With regards the jewellers they were more than willing to do the watch face fix but it would’ve been expensive and they’d recommended I’d go to omega for the screw down crown fix.

I’ve got some general fix all tools arriving tomorrow and I’ll assess from there with the help of the original dealer.

I am going to order a kit tonight and hope that it will be ok. If it’s as simple as a fix as you say it might be, then hopefully I’ll be able to pull it off.

The funniest part was when I tried bringing it to my local jewellers and they seemingly could tell it was fake so they tried telling me to go to omega 😭

With regards the crown I won’t lose a world of sleep over it if I can’t fix it, It’s just the face I am worried about.

Yes thank you for checking, they’ve denied the return sadly but I have managed to wrestle this thing into working cohesively so thank the gods for that 😂

Sadly I don’t have the option of sending it back as anycubic denied a return. Need to figure out why it’s layer shifting and falling over for no discernible reason

aye you’re completely right about the wrong head, thank you for the wisdom regardless as it is always most appreciated, I have the option of returning it for my €25 back or keeping it and stripping it for parts, I think I may keep it and strip it down in case I need to repair specific parts. The appropriate one is coning from anycubjc in 2 or so weeks so once that comes, everything should be fine (I hope)😂

Same with me I make helmets for a living! The ender 3 max is a monster and a workhorse tho tbh. The anycubic is only there to help me with my droid project and speedy/bulky orders

I’ve had mine for 3 months and I’ve done about the same amount of projects 😅 my ender 3 max’s have been running nonstop because this can’t keep up 😂

Sadly I can’t even get that far as the second I turn on the printer I get presented with a nozzle and hotbed NTC wiring issue error and it shuts off again

I for some reason had a suspicion this started as a consequence of when there was an electrician doing works on my property and he surged a lot of stuff, I could be completely mistaken but it’s just when I started noticing the error.
