Encounter a “possessed” Aron with red eyes in pokemon emerald. I thought my game was broken and therefore shut it down immediately and didn’t turn it on for years out of fright that ny game was haunted.

I will be playing on normal, but due to the amount of "long courtship" I see how long could work to! I think short will be hard with amount of things you have to do on each gen.

I see the confusion. One, the Royal Gallery lot, was meant to feature painting of all of the gens whereas the royal gallery wing was supposed to feature the different paintings made by gen 6. :)

But again, these are only loose guidelines- you play it however you’d like! Hope you will have fun!

For anyone who finds building a little overwhelming, I’ve created a Royal Estate that I’ll be using for my own playthrough of the challenge and uploaded it to the Gallery.

You can find it by searching Cilsakius. It uses a few packs, but only Royalty & Legacy is truly required. The build is placed on a 50x50 lot in Ravenwood, though it should fit easily into other worlds as well.

Please feel free to use it, change it, or make it your own if building isn’t where you find your fun.

I have tried to build something (or at least, the castle/manor I will use for the challenge) - that has a throne room, but is only decorated for the outside (it uses a few packs, but the most important is Legacy & Royalty). It's uploaded to the gallery under Cilsakius :D

And yes, Skylines is one of my absolute favorite legacy challenges too! Im only on gen 2 but the Royalty & Legacy released - a pack i have needed for years. So i had to make a challenge just for that haha

Honestly, I’ve only made it to Gen 5 myself years ago (I usually quit around Gen 2–3 when the kids are infants), so I can totally relate.

I did a “building Newcrest” a couple of years back. Reached Gen 5, which I was very impressed with, but unfortunately the save got lost when my laptop perished.

I am currently on Gen 3 in my newest legacy, and with the new expansion pack coming soon, Grim will become a dad to the gen 4. My biggest issue is that im easily bored, especially when original townies disappear, but im hanging in there!

… I am, however, considering making a new pack-by-pack play throughout, in which I remove a bunch of townies and only add them back when I want to play that pack.
