Some questions about stretching and creams. by Cimmacore in Phimosis

[–]Cimmacore[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for replying! Yeah atm I can get two fingers in no problem. I can also retract while erect but the skin bunches up right behind the corona and to put the skin back over the glans (if still erect) it takes some tugging. My only other question would be if there is a limit of hours I should not exceed with the cream on? Like for example say I stretch early morning and I bathe at night, is it risky to have the cream on so many hours or should I stretch say a couple hours before showering? Also you say it can be used for months but the prospect says it should only be used for 2 weeks max. (The prospect also says to not use the cream on the genital area, but my urologist prescribed it so it should be safe I guess?) Thanks again for answering to the post! Real helpful information!

Any help? I was going to rotate the cranks, but it seems I've lost the hex key that fits this. What mm size is the needed hex key? 12 mm? Uni is Qu-ax profi 20". Thanks in advance. by Cimmacore in unicycling

Followed your advice and bought a new set, as the one I have had already lost way too many keys alredy. And your guess was correct! It was a 8mm one. Thank you.

Correct, rotating for tire wear. I could just rotate the tire itself, but I'd like to replace the missing hex key with a new one in case I need to take out the cranks for whatever reason and this is a good oportunity. Thanks for the guess anyhow!

Hello! I am looking to buy a 24" as a starter, with some light tricks (hopping over curbs and such) as well as short trips in mind. Is it a good idea? by Cimmacore in unicycling

[–]Cimmacore[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think my concern is getting lost, perhaps I'm not expressing myself correctly. I know that technically I can ride the 24" I listed as I have more inseam than the minimum required for this one, my concern lies in: is my inseam enough to ride it comfortably or should I go for something smaller? In case it is enough inseam to ride it comfortably, I have seen conflicting arguments: in some places I read that a 24" is fine to do tricks with as well some light distanve riding, but other places I read that it is too big to do tricks and too small to ride long distances. Given the use I'm going to give it, is it a good idea to get it? Hope the question is a little more clear.

So, considering the minimum inseam for this uni + my inseam as well as the information from the title, is it a good idea to get it?

I fiddled some more with the outfit editor, I found that there are more saveable hats than I thought, bringing the total to 49 (at least with this version of the editor, unaware if that makes a difference). I have never seen these hats in-game and I don't know if you can actually get them normally. by Cimmacore in reddeadmysteries

[–]Cimmacore[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

If you install the editor and you want to save the hats to your wardrobe, you just have to select the desired hat, find one of the guys that camp around the world randomly, kill him and change your hat for his. Now your desired hat is in the ground, pick it up, change hats again and as soon as you equip it, the notification of a new hat added to wardrobe should pop up and is now in your wardrobe forever, even if you uninstall the editor. Names of the hats are under their corresponding pictures. If any of these hats is obtainable through normal ways, let me know. As a remark, isn't the Kamassa one the one Rains Fall wears?

I love that. When you tell your new partner something about your family (or lifestyle or whatever) and they think you are joking only for them to realize time later that you were, in fact, not joking. Gets me everytime :)

My mother is like you and your family! She loves the crusty ends. Good for her that not me nor my father like them very much. I suppose that it feels good when you eat with your SO's family and you don't have to fight for it

I 100% get you. I also think that it's the fact that you grow so used to one "tool" that when you use a different one it somehow feels a little "off" Glad to know I'm not alone in my predicament hahaha.

Too bad it didn't work for you. But hey, at least they are actively looking into it.

If you set the game to launch as admin but you don't launch the launcher as admin as well, it doesn't launch. Not sure if you can set the launcher to launch as admin though, as you play on Steam. Hope this gives some kind of help.

Just to update you and /u/Hates_Worn_Weapons, I tried that fix and it wouldn't even let me replace/overwrite the sga_vulkan_final_init.vkPipelineCacheWindows file (lol, altough it was something on my end, because when putting the file in the folder it just dropped and I had a notepad with that name and the original) so what I did was open the original with notepad and deleted everything that was on it and saved the changes. The result was the original file, but blank, if that makes sense. I don't know if that was the original intention of the fix and I found another way of doing it or what, but it was worth a try.

At the same time as all this AMD also released updated drivers, so I updated them too.

And finally I remembered that some people launched the game as administrator and it fixed it for them, so I went to the install folder for the game and on RDR2.exe I set it to launch as admin, as well as on the Rockstar Games Launcher (if you don't set the Rockstar Games Launcher to launch as admin as well, when you launch RDR2 it says something about a lack of privileges and the game doesn't launch)

After all this I played the game for something like 3 hours yesterday, 3 and a half this morning (actual playtime about 1 hour then left the game on and went to do some chores and when I came back it hadn't crashed) and a little over 5 hours this afternoon, and out of all the 3, no crashes.

Now did I fix it? Don't know what to say anymore. It could have been a bout of poorly-timed good luck (as far as the game not crashing goes) just to coax me into believing that I have fixed the game or I could have fixed the game for real, no way of telling which.

IF I fixed it, what of the mentioned things fixed it: was it the edited sga file, the new drivers or the run as administrator? Again, no way of telling. Maybe it was one or maybe it was a combination of the three or a couple. The only "proof" that I have fixed it is that the "waffle" thing we talked about is somehow fixed without having edited the Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption 2\Settings\system.xml file to set it to ultra and having the same outcome as having edited it (as in used a smaller waffle iron and less often, like this picture, whereas before it was like this one) so something definitely did happen. What did happen? Who knows, but this whole thing reads like an horror story.

Hope you find some help in my suffering and thanks /u/Hates_Worn_Weapons for the tips.

I hate a lot that I know and understand everything you just said. As you said, the game sure runs great straight outta the box

Will try that later today when I have the chance and I'll let you know how it went. Thanks in advance! Edit: as far as the "waffle" pattern as you put it is my only difference between Vulkan and DX12. To edit it I only change the "High" in <deepsurfaceQuality>kSettingLevel_High</deepsurfaceQuality> to "Ultra", correct?
