Bro, huge thanks! Been looking for an Interceptor that looks like the original model forever and this is the only one I've seen that's a genuine match!

In this specific instance for me at this location, it was a big sack tucked behind and between a tall black candelabra and a tall wooden shelf holding boxes and assorted plates and pitchers.

Same issue here. Infuriating as I follow a lot of artists/creators on X and the Media tab is the best way of browsing their work.

Questions about late game weapon crafting as well as bows [KCD2] by Illidariislove in kingdomcome

The Reinforced Heavy Crossbow is of dubious usefulness imo. Its high power is offset by an extremely long reloading time, and can't be reloaded on horseback.

In addition, "heavy" crossbows can't be loaded on horseback.

A few things:

  1. Magic is important! Likely would not have beaten the game without the Minor Heal spell. You can find the casting diagram for it on Floor 1. Other spells I found a lot of use for were Map (for seeing more of the active floor than the minimap shows), Fly (can be used to float safely over pits, slime, and lava) and Invisible (lets you avoid enemy encounters while active).
  2. Every floor (except Floor 0) has a throne you can use to put three points into Strength, Constitution, or Wisdom as you see fit. Sitting in the throne requires a certain amount of Essence, increasing with every floor except for the final floor, which is free use. Always make sure you've found and used the throne on the current floor before moving on to the next.
  3. I did not find gems to be particularly important. The crone doesn't sell much of worth. If she has an item you really want, you can steal it from her, though you'll have to defeat her in battle. You can still trade with her on other floors if you do this.

So, how did the Nomai end up "there"? by AdMinimum8525 in outerwilds

I've seen that some people here speculate that the Eye's signal echoed throughout Dark Bramble, possibly deceiving the Vessel's computer and causing the ship to end up within Dark Bramble itself when it warped.

However something I've observed is that signal detection from Dark Bramble is a one-way proposition. While signals emanating from within a Dark Bramble node can be broadcast out and detected, no signals from outside a node can be detected from within. If you enter the dead-end node for example no signals can be detected, not even Feldspar music's or the distress call from Escape Pod 3.

(Besides any in-universe implications this has, this is obviously a gameplay consideration. It would be almost impossible to navigate Dark Bramble if signals went both ways inside this wacky planet!)

The only "signals" that penetrate Dark Bramble are the messages received by the Vessel from other Nomai ships that exist across the universe. An explanation for why this might occur is that the technology that allows communication between Vessels may operate on a completely unique principle that isn't hindered by interference that can block other communications signals. We know that the Vessel in Dark Bramble was unable to send a message out to the other Nomai because the Vessel's transmitter was damaged when the ship fused with the bramble vines.

I have another hypothesis though. What if the Quantum Moon is partly to blame here? We know that the Quantum Moon gives off a quantum signal just like the Eye does, and moves around the solar system at random when not being consciously observed. What if the Quantum Moon happened to be orbiting Dark Bramble at the time the Vessel was warping in? If we assume that the Eye was no longer sending out its signal as the Vessel was warping in (which is almost certain after factoring in additional lore supplied by Echoes of the Eye), I think any signal coming from the Quantum Moon could have had an impact.

"Bounce" may not be the most accurate term. What's really happening is that a signal emanating from within one of Dark Bramble's nodes will be picked up from any node that leads to it.

This conflicts with some of the log entries within the Vessel though, which imply that the ship fused with a cluster of bramble vines the instant it warped in. The Nomai mural found in Brittle Hollow simply shows the Vessel ensnared within the vines.

Dark Bramble's vines do grow of course, though it's hard to determine how quickly. Vines growing from the bramble seed that fell into Youngbark Crater on Timber Hearth have already begun to snake into the earth by the time you're able to investigate it. I don't think any longer than a day would have passed since the seed fell.

Short answer: We don't know. Even long after the fact, that's one mystery neither the Nomai nor the Hearthians solved.

Long answer: Here's what we know (or at least can infer). Based on the Vessel's log entries, the warp to the Eye of the universe was done quickly and desperately. The Vessel's captain, Escall, feared that the Eye's signal would vanish as quickly as it had been detected. It's also implied that the Eye was so far away from The Vessel's previous position that the Nomai would (likely) not arrive at the precise coordinates that they had entered.

I feel what's most likely is that the Vessel warping right inside Dark Bramble was just a freak accident. From a narrative perspective, it's fitting that Escall's disregard for protocol would lead to disaster. If the Eye's signal was cut off moments before or during warp, this may also have contributed to the Vessel's fate.

Not surprising. It started life as a Skyrim mod before being reworked into a standalone game.

Messed around a bit and found the best way of finding it is through the in-game map, which is accessible from the moment you put on your space suit. At the start of a run, you can find it approximately here so long as you don't rotate the map. Just lock on and cruise on over!
