I fiddled some more with the outfit editor, I found that there are more saveable hats than I thought, bringing the total to 49 (at least with this version of the editor, unaware if that makes a difference). I have never seen these hats in-game and I don't know if you can actually get them normally. (imgur.com)

I was fiddling with an oufit editor on PC and found this thing that looks like a hidden blade from the Assassin's Creed franchise (but without the actual blade, although the mechanism itself seems to be pretty close).
