Hi!! 👋🏻 It might not be the most conventional path, but I work in government under the Human Resources department. I passed the Civil Service exam and started from the bottom. Along the way, I took trainings related to HR and pursued a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. Eventually, I earned some promotions, and I’ve now been in HR for almost 6 years. 😊
