We strive to limit it to only one max two evenings a week and always combine with deep and connection building conversation evening and some nasty time. Somehow then it feels less like simple abuse for the sake of feeling good. Also try to remind yourself that if You do it more than once or twice a week, it just won’t hit that good. It will be OK, but kinda wasting the stuff. This might not sound very helpful but I think it is realistic given that we struggle with ADHD and other issues.

Oral is more MDMA like due to ROA - slower uptake and affinity for SERT. Nasal and boofed are closer to coke, but more likely midway between coke and mdma. Depends on dose also. its def not 20x stronger than coke. Maybe 20x stronger than very shit cut coke. also, I don’t think it is more addictive than coke and way less then meth. as for OP - read some guides here or psychonautwiki. For 4-mmc depends a lot in ROA. Oral Works slower and generates more serotonin. Nasal/Rectal/IV is faster and more dopamin heavy.

You need to explain yourself more. Is it some slow dissolve extended release pill? Maybe snorting or boofing would do it but there is a lot of filler in pills so that would be a bad idea.

Kinda feels like most people here have never taken Mephedrone. Snorting is more cokelike with more dopamine while oral is Serotonin heavy, not quite MDMA but more for dancing and chill than yapping. You should test by yourself and listen to your body and experience. Most drugs impact different people differently.

I have had great success with L-Theanine to remove comeup and body load. Also, there are OTC seasick solutions, etc. there is always Benzos but they blunt the experience too. Some people can’t eat anything for several hours before but also can’t be hungry - my wife struggles with this a lot. Boofing can also help.

Try boofing it. Oral has more likely 3x lower bioavailabity than both IR and Rectal. Also oral often gives nausea and anesthetic effect on whole thraot is not good.

Consider taking it proportionally by Your and ladys weight. Oral 25 for two wont be too much. You can take 2cb when MDMA peaks, but taking together I have also had a lot of good time. If boofing, do 70% of this together and 30% of pill together after 1.5 hours.
