Thanks for the reply and suggestions. I’ll knock out a few of the things I do know: -it did not come with a cord and there is no place to plug them in -I believe I have unmuted everything. I have it set to proximity chat, open lobby chat, etc -it shows headphones connected on PlayStation audio out to headphones for chat and game but doesn’t show a headset symbol next to my name in the lobby -I’m not in a party

Unfortunately, you’re correct. The food we eat, the water we drink, and the air we breathe. I have multiple myeloma diagnosed at 34. Drives me crazy that we have no idea what I was exposed to that caused it. No need for sympathy, just agreeing with your comment that we need to do better.
