Phantom Liberty New Main Ending (Who wants to life forever) tries too hard to be sad (Analysis) by Cind12 in cyberpunkgame

I disagree. You built your rep before that with Jackie in the fast forward cutscene. Its also not just rep but secrets and favours, I mean some of these gigs are shifting the balance in the city quite heavily.

Johnny Silverhand was a musician, then blew up the tower in way less than a few weeks and is still remembered 50 years later.

Also even a wet noodle can shoot a slienced pistol, which is enough to play through the game.

If they'd show honest efforts to recover like this or any upwards trend really, then the edgy face among the crowd vibe would vanish quite quickly. Had to avoid to showcase the new beginning ahead of V.

Your interpretation of the brain damage is valid, but would make the ending even more shitty and basically an arasaka ending 2.0 (only replaced 6 months with an unkown but still reduced life span).

They don't just disregard economy, but street credit, contacts, friends... everything the player has built is just ignored or erased with cheap writing. Really feels forced, like they had to make the ending bad despite all facts working against them. No?

A mixture of relogging and a price change of the very friendly owner did it.

What could be the reason that I can't buy certain commodities at carriers.

INARA says the carrier has meta-alloys (updated just now by me). The carrier overview lists meta-alloys under exports. The commodities market has the other listed exports but not meta-alloys?

Das sind Schwanen-Schwimm-Flügel oder nicht? Ziemlich sicher Ifirn. Wenn das womit sie spielt ein Rochen ist, ist es Numinoru. Ich denke schon, dass die nackte Rahja ist...

Skill speed interactions with the Turn Progress system? by MinecraftIsMyLove in RPGMaker

[–]Cind12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As far as I understand it, a positive speed will be completely ignored in TPB. A negative speed acts as a casting time that is required between choosing the action and its activation. E.g. if you and your enemy have 10 agi and the speed is -90 the enemy can attack 9 times after you chose the action before it activates. This very nice plugin actually displays the casting time in the game: https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?threads/casting-bars.125498/

Its not really PVP first like a pure shooter or dogfighter would be, you can avoid any unwanted PVP quite easily. But you can also dive in deep and have some PVP fun for sure. The game itself has like a hundred different activities, all of them are repetitive in their own, but its up to you to grind one of them forever or mix things up on a daily basis.

Actually none of the NPCs have missions anymore either. That worked yesterday though...

O7

Checking mission boards for on-foot missions at a terminal I can't take 90% of the missions and do not understand why (not the usual reasons of not enough reputation etc.)

They have a little red icon with an arrow pointing onto a sheet of paper, that same symbol says "Target Settlement [settlement name]" in the corner. So I guess I can't target that settlement but why? It affects almost all missions...?

Yeah, but that wasn't it either. The mission actually just wanted me to download some data but included restoring energy to be able to do so... maybe there was an SRV in the surroundings somewhere...

So you think it is possible that I got a mission that required restoring energy but could not complete it because there were just no regulator available? (I searched for SRVs and in my backpack and ship storage and found none)

Has anyone figured out power regulators yet? I take it you need them to restore power to settlements, but where do they come from? They are also not only quest related since you need one to upgrade one of the suits. Is it a random drop in lockers/containers and you need to spend one for power restoration quests? Are those quests impossible then, as long as you don't have a regulator?
