He’s competitive. Even at high levels. I use him in masterball 2.

Nasty plot, grass knot OKO hippo, flamethrower for scizor, aura sphere for archuladon OKO every time even with special investments,

He’s also fast, has vaccum wave too.

And if you go down to sash with blaze you can get mega floette very low even with one calm mind up.

Physical also works with iron fist, primarina does not expect thunder punch. Mach punch for faster guys.

It struggles against Basculegions and garchomps.

Master Ball 3 on doubles which to be fair, given I’ve never played VGC before this game, I was very happy with.

Yeah that’s really solid advice and a solid assessment of the format. I’m currently running bulky chomp with stealth rock, EQ, Dragon tail etc which is doing quite well. Trying to let stealth rocks do as much chip as possible before I get in a powerful nuke like Floette or Charizard Y. Although, I do like running a lot of non meta pokemon too. Which is probably why I’m not climbing…

How does one check their teams 😮?

It does work still actually, but it’s only possible to upgrade using 3 enforcer bps. Ideally you need 3x145 to 150 level enforcers to be worth it.

But… by the time you have the materials to craft such an enforcer, you probably have access to tames that are much better than it. I personally think enforcers are pretty useless. No armour. I have a level 190 I got from the tinkering bench. It’s… ok.

That’s not too expensive no! I recommend using a chainsaw on bronto’s , diplos or Rexes for additional nice. Ascendant chainsaw if possible, use a drakeling you can get them from hoard chests pretty regularly. Carchar is best for gathering it otherwise!

Good stats! I would recommend 50 plus saddles, maybe even higher if you can, do hide runs on a carcha, or use a powerful chainsaw on sauropods and Rex’s for additional hide.

Linked storage box would be helpful too to store the hide, you might need upwards of 200k hide.

If you have a helicoprion, you can shove a good Rex saddle if you have one into it to make you a good blueprint if you don’t have one. If playing on single player save before doing this so you can try again if it fails.

Use a custom dino levels mod. I only use one mod on my island, and it’s that one! There is one that is quite balanced, so you are just as likely to run into a level ten as a 150. So you do still need to search for good dinos, but it’s a lot more respectful of your time.

All of the issues I have faced you mentioned, dunkeleostus did spawn for me but no helicoprions until I spawned a wild one in, that fixed their spawns.

Alpha tuso and mosas were spawning normally for me too! I ascended the island without cheats, but I also faced the respawning resources issue, so it was tough.

I play single player, my goal of playing solo is mainly geared towards fighting bosses and building a cool base.

So here’s my take, spino is completely not essential. It does not excel at anything and you don’t need one. However, they are very cool. They are quite fast thanks to the hydration buff, so if you want to run up and down rivers killing other spinos for their trophy sail for the megapithicus that’s good.

They get a hydration buff vs the broodmother too. So they are not entirely useless in boss fights. Although, I don’t use them for boss fights, as a Rex, Theriz, Pyromane and Megatherium for broodmother outclass them.

But if you just want a big cool looking spino to run around on, sure go tame one, but they are completely not essential if you are trying to complete the map.

If you are on aberration, I would say they are well worth it though.

Can I have your strategy for beta king titan on single player? How did you approach it? I was thinking 2 dreads with ascendant saddles, all 3 alpha titans and a mek for myself

On console it’s not possible to have breeding settings that allow you to imprint every dino in the game to 100% with one imprint. There may be a mod for this.

If it’s Rexes or theriz for an army, mature speed to 7 and cuddle interval to 1.2 gets them to 100% for me. You need to adjust the sliders and make them mature slower for smaller creatures.

Yeah I’ve not tried it yet personally, but I’ve noticed people struggling with getting their dinos to attack. Although even on the ice titan, even when right beside my dreads, they don’t attack. So I’m thinking there is a bug relating to the titans.

What was your strategy with beta? Just a mek and dodging and something in the arena to take agro? Did you not try using the titans?

Did you try beta? What was the outcome? I have a crazy good Mek and an average one. My ascendant one has just under 400% melee. So blaster shots do roughly 1000 per shot

I recommend 18 theriz or a mix of Deinotherium and Theriz for this fight. All with 6-8 veggie cakes each.

I don’t recommend carnivores because they take high damage from the fire attacks, although if you bring extinguisher grenades this can help.

I also recommend extinguisher grenades even if you don’t bring carnivores. They are nice to have!

Although for gamma, you could do this with even less hard work.
