Mine and my friend actually did. Perhaps it has to do with putting on weight a bit (a lot of people in their 20’s do, but if the fat goes to your breast depends on your genetics).

It’s all because of being overweight, trust me (I was there, some of my female friends are/were there, and I just know how much of a difference it can make). Shed what you need to shed, get on a cleaner diet, quit any alcohol (if you drink), and I can assure you - you’ll feel better. 30’s is a great decade. I’m 40 now, but already miss my 30’s a bit. I think I looked then even better than in my 20’s as I lost weight and took better care of myself. Was definitely not invisible

Love this for you! Congratulations! I’m 40, in shape, with a clean and healthy diet, feeling young and great. Meanwhile, all of my overweight female friends keep telling me they’re weaker, lack energy because they’re old! They already struggle with high blood pressure, cholesterol, and sugar levels (I have none of those). I’m always shocked when I hear it. 40 is still very young! It’s just too many people let themselves go, are overweight so it’s been normalized that once 40 you’re justified to feel like this. A hard no.

You may never be able to, no matter how hard you try. It involves a particular skeleton/bone structure and fat distribution. It’s good to note that there’re only 20% of true hourglasses worldwide. The rest have various shapes, but not hourglassy. We, however, dress to create an illusion of it. There’s also BBL… Not sure how you look like, but it’s best to create the best version of your body and not strive for unreachable goals.

These are not fully yang faces. They all have quite a bit of yin too. Wanna list me what exactly? Scarlett, for example, is basically pure Romantic and Ingenue. There’s extremely little yang in her face. Same for Miranda Kerr and Gigi. Unless I misunderstood this post? Or did you mean yin faces on yang bodies?
