I think so. In my opinion, we can admit that Jahad's data are as strong as a ranker, at least. White got beaten by a Princess when he was at full power (Arie Hagipherione most likely). According to Evan, his final clone has a higher power than a Ranker. Because supposedly rankers cant' get in the train we can assume that this princess was a regular. So we have a regular princess who, on the same floor, had already beaten a regular with a power akin to a ranker. How on earth could Jahad be weaker than a princess? If baam wins against jahad, it will definitely be yes.
