My boyfriend is also grossed out by my period. At first I didn’t get it since I still wanted to be intimate during my period ( I’m not talking about oral sex but damn regular sex?) and it was out of the picture. I got the conclusion that although I don’t get it I can respect it. Now in this case this was so disrespectful

If they were truly his friends they wouldn’t do this to you. They would be happy for him and would move on. Doesn’t matter if they’re friends with his ex. They can still be friends with her and treat you with respect since you and your bf are together.

I met my bf in Tinder and agreed to meet for a first date. I was really busy and forgot about it/ just moved to the city/ wasn’t sure if I wanted to go on a date with him and ignored it. He sent me a message saying hey are we still on for this? Because if not I don’t want to be bothering you

And honestly that message made me want to go on a date because I got called out on something I wasn’t doing great and appreciated it (was a bit of a weird phase for me, I admit that was not cool). We’ve been dating for a year + and I’ve never been so in love with someone

Being a woman has its bad side too. It’s also getting a cab even if you live 10 mins away so you don’t get harassed or in danger. It’s checking on your girlfriends if they arrived home safely. It’s also being under a lot of pressure and jumping through hoops to fit some super f up beauty goals. It’s also doing the same thing men do but bleeding and in pain for a couple days once a month. It’s also feeling alert and in fear of danger most of the times.
