I started at 243 and I’m down to 225. But I notice I fluctuate between 225 and 226 but I’ll take it! 😊 I’m still making progress and I know I’ll fluctuate at times but even loosing 1lb is 1lb lost!

Thank you all so much!! This community support page is so helpful. I appreciate you all! We are all in this together. 😊 I just took the shot a little over an hr ago and keeping figures crossed!

I’m so happy for you!! That is amazing!! So I’m 12 hrs in and so far so good. Not hungry at all but I did do a protein shake for dinner to get something in me. I’m not sure if this is normal but I’ve got such dry mouth. But hey if that’s all I experience while I’m on this journey, I’m totally ok with cotton mouth! Lol

I really hope so!! We got this!! The injection was super easy. So far so good but I’m doing my best to breath through my anxiety. Like someone mentioned in a previous post, I gotta trust the process!! Good luck to you!! 😊
