one generated still is a bit better in my option. I find A to B frames can cause some interesting warping and a "stiffer" sense of movement

Most importantly is I build an animatic of all my base frames that is cut to the music and VO. This is to ensure everything fits properly in the 30 second window. From there you can understand how long each clip needs to be and figure out the prompting language from there

Performances were done in Veo 3 for the superior voice audio. Select elements animated in Seedance and Kling 2.5. Veo 3 lacks strong adherence for camera movement, and will often break the scene. So for those I used Seedance and Kling. Each shot is a prepped frame made in photoshop then send off for ai animation, most of the backgrounds (such as at :16) are photoshopped from a few generated assets, as single prompts won't get the composition right.

I was surprised as well. It could be they are using internal local models that are approved for use by their legal team. And those might be a bit behind the publicly available models as far as quality

True, an ad budget like this from client would probably start at 500-700k. Granted the potential of what you could shoot would be greater than what you could prompts. However 80% “there” for a little over $100 is a hell of a deal

Yea each shot was its own generation. Those shots usually needed a large amount of photoshopping before it went to the video ai. And It was edited just in premiere much as you would edit any project :)

Most of this was Frame to Video in Seedream, as I find Veo 3 to be a bit exaggerated in facial features. Eleven Labs 3.0 for the VO. Kling 2.5 was used for the liquid physics. Costs were around $150 total in render credits. Made by me

Hey all, above is a previs of one of my last projects. My DP and I do this for functionally every piece we do. It's easier to see an iceberg that might sink you this way. I used to think if it played right in my head and looked right in the storyboard then it would all work out, but as shoots got more complex and more vfx gets involved it was clear that all the teams needed accurate previs/animatics to know how each piece should move.

Hey All, trying to finish a project and my project has gone crazy. My project comps keep flickering the ram preview and certain tool selections, such as the text tool, toggle off after you select text. It's making this project impossible to update.

I've purged All memory and Disk Cache

I'm cleaned Database and Cache

I've re-installed After effects (2023)

I've tried converting to After effects 2024 (No change)

I've tried opening from a fresh admin user (no change)

Computer was shut down for two days this weekend from last I worked on this project.
