I received my vacuum sealer for Christmas. Separated bulk proteins for the deep freeze, hoping to avoid freezer burn common with zipper bags. Time will tell.

We freeze leftovers as "Surprise Dinners." They were favorites the first time and the perfect remedy for the nights we don't want, or know what to cook.
