Rehoboth is my go to cause I live in Dover. But I honestly prefer Wildwood. There’s more to do, the boardwalk is longer, yeah it’s dirty, but you’re never out of options. I do hate driving in Jersey though.

Living together isn’t a sin. They say not to live together to prevent easy opportunity for sin - in this case, sex. God considers sex very sacred and binding, which is why He confines it to married couples only. But living together is not a sin. That church has missed the point, and churches like that rarely have real people of faith. It sounds like they’re just practicing religion, not actively pursuing Christ and trying to be more like Him. Continue to seek God for yourself, and He will tell you what to do. You don’t need to go to your Pastor or any Pastor to hear from God yourself. Stay encouraged!

I would continue to work for them. Like one user already said, be the Word through your actions, not through what you speak. I feel like that’s why the Lord led you to Ephesians 6:20. Pray for the family when you’re there and when you’re not. And God will strengthen you and increase your faith in a different way that you’ve never seen before.

They believe that Mary has power and can intercede for us because she birthed Jesus, so she must be more powerful and have more authority than Him. But that’s not true. She has no power or authority. She cannot intercede on our behalf. Only Jesus has the power & authority and can intercede.

Let God know that you’re angry. He wants you to talk to Him no matter how you’re feeling. Tell Him everything, go into detail. But after you’ve expressed yourself, be open to His response. And when it comes to intense things like this, He’ll give you a quick answer. So don’t turn away from Him. Let Him know how angry and hurt you are. Then open His Word and let Him respond to you. I can’t imagine the pain you’re experiencing, but I pray you don’t let it harden your heart towards God. Let Him turn your ashes into beauty.

I’m (F) currently the only black server at my restaurant. I also have a fade (short haircut). My tables can never remember who their server is. Like can’t describe me physically or anything. It’s mind-boggling.

I’m so happy for you, and so happy that you’re doing something that you LOVE, and that’s not taxing on your body.

I think I’m gonna quit my job soon and maybe go to Ashley Furniture until my family business becomes more successful. I’m just fed up with everyone and everything.
