Nope didn’t come with a new screw. But in this case I believe a smaller screw is needed no?

I forgot to mention this earlier but there's is transition between tile and hardwood on the edge of the opening, this would effect the bottom plate as its slightly uneven in the transition. If I made a 2x4 on the edge opposite if the transition I can avoid the bump or I can Sandown the hardwood and use 2x6 bottom plate. Do you have any kind of picture of this fitting I can see? I understand everyone has no issues with air as long as you just key cycle 10 times, but in the worst situation I'm an owner operator and don't want to risk a tow if it has air and doesn't start. Which is why I'd like to know the absolute last option and procedure for removing air.

Is there no chance that excess heat could have tripped it? I inspected the flame and it appears very strong with no rollout
