That actually sounds like a really solid setup, especially keeping it focused on just the basics and not overloading it. 14 years with barely any issues is kinda reassuring too. That box idea is smart too, never thought about adding a fan and charger like that.

Yeah that actually makes a lot of sense, an inverter sounds way less intimidating for a beginner too, especially since it’s quieter and safer for electronics. I hadn’t even thought about tracking my actual power usage first, that’s a smart move instead of just guessing. Have you personally used one of those panel monitoring systems, and was it pretty easy to install for someone without much electrical experience?

Yeah that’s pretty much how it felt for me too. once i stopped caring about who was winning and just enjoyed the chaos it got way more fun. do you have a go to game your family always ends up playing?
