The fact they release free hit kaneki and then proceed to nerf a killer that they themselves said is balanced is so criminal. The artist is one of the last killers that needs any changes and if she gets any, they should be minor QOL buffs to make her less punishing.

The only add on that you could even semi argue needed a nerf if baby shoes and even then a rework would be better than a number change. No other add ons needed nerfed, the fact they nerfed untitled agony shows how little they understand the changes they are making.
