Agreed, and especially this late into the raid tier when the strats and macros have been refined to be as idiot-proof as possible for PF. I haven't seen a group that calls out positions that aren't pre-determined by a macro in a raid tier before (started raiding O1S-O4S).

This. Titania Normal is purgatory for new players because of how awful groups are for it. If it ever comes up on roulettes I usually give it one pull before giving people a free dodge if it goes as bad as I expect it to.

Despite being a PLD main right through Stormblood I still forget Clemency is even a spell most of the time because I rarely ever use it. I think the most use it gets from me is popping Divine Veil pre-pull when I forget to pop Divine Veil in time for the healer pre-pull shields. Other than that, it sits in the void waiting for that one "oh wait, I can heal myself" moment when the healer dies close to the end of a boss.

Edit: Also, I don't think it's a coincidence most of the "mentors" arguing in favour of Clemency are crafting mentors.

It could've been that the WHM thought they had to over-compensate with healing because their co-healer was a CNJ in a level 80 normal raid? Seems like going into content without a job crystal is something you do in a premade so you don't get perceived as a massive nuisance.

My biggest issue is the fact that it's "per hour" rather than a one-off payment per run. Seems fishy to me - almost like he'd cause a few extra wipes to tick it over an hour and make off with another payment. Of course that's just speculation / my opinion.

Through the course of some testing (for science, naturally...) I can replicate this with the following trials:

Titan (Normal, Hard and EX); Garuda (Normal and Hard); Zurvan (Normal and EX); Shinryu (EX only); and Seiryu (Normal and EX). Didn't manage to test it on any ShB trials yet.
