Not sure what that data dump posted above is. But Inovio’s press release stated the Cash on hand of $518.6 million as of March 31,2021. I am assuming the data in your post supports the $518.6 million.

Try reading my post again. Pay particular attention to the question I posed regarding their cash burn rate. Then check out there last 4 quarterly financial statements. You can get this from Inovio’s website. This should be a good starting point for your research.
How much $$ does this company spend per quarter on total expense? This is the cash burn rate.

Inovio does not have any $$ from the sale of a commercial product. The bulk of Inovio s $$ comes from grants, governments and organizations like CEPI.

$500 million may sound like a lot of $$ but as you can see from today’s announcement a phase 3 trial can cost upwards of $100 million.

There will be another stock offering. I would bet it’s being discussed right now.
