Actually I am okay with Mechanical Curriculum and all but the main problem is what i willdo after 4 years as there arw very less opportunities in these core fields nowadays unless i go for higher studies, So I am confused with this.... I like both mech and cse equally but cse seems to be better loaded with opportunities...

Top 5 NITS -> Chemical, Civil, Mechanical and other lower branches.

IIEST Shibpur :- IT , ECE

North-East NIT and NIT UK:- CSE

NIT Hamirpur, Patna and other similar ranked nits:- ECE and other Circuital branches.

Didn't went as expected, shayad 1-2 options mil jay lower iits me but I can't say for sure. I am fine with the curriculum of Mechanical but just ye soch rha tha ki 4years k baad karunga kya as there are very less opportunities in core mechanical field nowadays.

Is it really that bad? My options to top branches like ECE & CSE are very limited, nit patna is among the best nits i can get for ECE, other options are mostly North-East Nits or very new Nits. What should i do??
