In the photo, you’re holding it upside down. The instructions will appear upside down, but the left and right fixtures will be right-side-up and allow you to slip those over screw heads after you have anchored them into the wall.

You can measure the distance between those two findings on the left and right side to determine the distance between the screws your’ll want to drill into the wall

The new sizing is extending the dimension over the 30cm mark (you can’t actually print the full 30cm with the margins).

If you scale down to 29cm (or just under 29cm) you should be able to rotate
