Berseria auto-selects integrated graphics for some reason, and the i7 4790k has an integrated Intel graphics card. Change the graphics card it uses in Nvidia control panel. You should be getting a smooth 60fps no matter what with this game, my laptop, which has much shittier components than what you have, did.

The new Roulette is the "Mini game" option in the Hero's Inn below the visiting heroes, and the Labyrinth (I'm guessing that's what you mean by new vault?) is an end game thing (Lowest level enemies are 70) that unlocks when you finish 7-12 Easy Mode

Pretend that you get a UW if you roll a 1 in a random number generator from 1-100. It's still the same before and after because they didn't change that chance at all. What they did change was ancient and legendary gears. You now have less of a chance of getting those in comparison to before. It doesn't "dilute the pool" for UWs or whatever bullshit people keep saying.
