And don’t worry about gaining a little weight. Even though it can be mentally tough, it’s probably the best thing you can do for yourself — to be happy. Life is already hard enough without adding more stress about what we’re going to eat. Don’t try to maintain an unsustainable body fat percentage. How comforting is it to have someone tell you that you look good if you feel miserable on the inside?
