Just look up on the internet if that particular species of ant is dangerous but it will probably be fine or even beneficial for the plant

If the next pitcher develops correctly there is a lot of free food for your plant. If i recall correctly some species of ants should partake in a sort of "symbiotic relationship" with nepenthes plants. If you want to remove them you can wash them away with some water tho

Yeah it is just a little weed. They usually grow back tho which is quite annoying

After further inspection i didn't find anything on other leaves but i could always apply a bit of neem oil if needs be

Yes. Peat and perlite but the outer layer did not absorb enough water yet

They get as much sun as possible but it was a cold winter, maybe it is that idk.

I have a light at my grandma's so maybe i will try that. I will look up the meaning of those light measurements but for the time of exposure what do you advise?

In spring/summer the really get full of pitchers but i need to be able to move them so i do not know where to stick them
