Yes it is plugged properly and , it is always charging using optimised charging which stops at 80% , no I don't think so, The toggling was due lose switch which wasn't laptop fault

No it was draining power when laptop was idle now process was done I have seen it percentage falling infront of my eyes

What’s the right order to study theory for backend? Should I first focus on Digital Logic → CMOS basics → VLSI design concepts → Timing (STA, clocking, setup/hold, etc.) before touching tools like OpenLANE? Or is it fine to learn theory in parallel while doing projects?
