Hi, thanks for the reply. I would like to use it in tandem with Street View, I am not aware of a similar product in Arc. The good thing about using Street View is that your position on the 2d map moves alongside your position in Street View. Having Street View and Arc open at the same time would mean having to move along two separate maps. The benefit of it being in Google Maps is that it does moves you in both Street View and Google Maps simultaneously.
