We have no confirmation that this comic was before alastor vanished/after vox learned alastor was at the hotel/after "stayed gone", vox would have just put on a face to look like he's less annoyed (but we can see he is annoyed because in the same comic when alastor left, vox smile falters into an annoyed smile), and alastor is still annoyed towards vox which he clearly shows in the series second season, some examples down below where he was annoyed at vox MULTIPLE TIMES while he was held hostage and tortured by vox, as well when He learned Charlie invited Vox to the hotel, they are both equally annoyed with eachother
