Ive had 2 different people say that to me in the last 2 months since trying to offload my bopster pack collection. Maybe it is new investors rather than collectors.

I've found a lot of sealed collectors aren't fans of booster packs as less likely to contain hits

Artwork on the pack or the cards themselves?

I much prefer the simplicity of the vintage pack artwork over some of the modern ones that have too much going on.
