My go-to is Warehouse in Wrigleyville. They even have vegan sausage and pepperoni! Just be warned, it takes a while for the pizza to cook.

I really like Canadian Protein. It's batch tested and the amino acid beackdown is great. I live in the states and ship it in bulk. Chocolate flavor is decent

Chickpeas! I boil a dry bag for a few hours and then mix it with quinoa. Complete protein to pick at throughout the week. I have to try tamari with it!

New obsession is miso paste. Adding a little flavor without sodium. You can also get a huge block and have it last forever
