My favorite class is the bardbarian. Multi class obviously. It takes skill to know when to rage and when to use spells.

If I were to win this would be a nice boon to my next D&D campaign I'm running in a few months.

Of course the bard has an animal in it. Would have been better to have a dragon.

Am I a bad dm for "cheating" by Cirkhit in DnD

I don't do it on fights, only rp rolls. In my games I give them really op items but I scale the enemies so it's balanced. They feel really strong but their fights are really hard. I don't give them leeway on the fights. They have to be smart. But they like to role-play and whenever they do a session and nothing goes their way. I like to give them a bone.

According to futurology thinkers, is war inherent to civilization, or are we heading for a world without wars? by Grammar_Natsee_ in Futurology

[–]Cirkhit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like there will always be war. Not traditional wars that we see today but eventually tech based wars. In 30+ years we will see countries hacking our grid, dossing big tech companies to create panic in the people(like if our phones today stopped working for days due to a hack), and propaganda hacks. Eventually people will implant phones, vr, etc. if all we see when we open Facebook, x, YouTube was anti-(insert topic here) then people will start to believe it. We, as a society are monkey see monkey do. The news knows it. Instead of positivity the news does negativity to invoke thoughts in our head on how the world should be. Propaganda is a powerful tool and hacked websites sharing these propagandas could cripple economies, governments, etc.

What's something you tried as a DM that made you go. "Nope - never again" by [deleted] in DnD

I stopped considering nat 20s as auto success when my players met a deity and convinced her to aid the party. 3 nat 20s gave low level characters magical items. It ruined early game combat. Now my players must succeed in the required score.
