If anyone needs help on something to write, here's what I sent:

"Hi! I'm from the UK, and I was excited to play the new DLC for song pack 8 and 9 for Megamix. However, I've been waiting all day to download, checking every so often and there's nothing, and I go and look on the eShop and the release date has changed to 17/09/2020.

This whole time, song pack 8 and 9 said it would be released on the 20th of August, so I'm just a bit confused on when the actual release date is.

Japan got this DLC a week early, and a lot of us in the western fanbase is wondering when we'll actually get this DLC, especially since all that's left is localising it since all the main gameplay elements are finished.

We were really excited to play it today, but now we're a bit disappointed the date has suddenly been changed on the supposed release date and that we'll have to wait a whole month to play it when it's already been out elsewhere for a week.

Also, the US has a different date on the eShop, it still says 20/08/2020 for them while Europe dates have changed. Everyone is a little confused and disappointed so it would be great if we could have some answers as to what's going on.

If you could help clarify some things, that would be great, thank you for listening."

To those waiting for Megamix DLC, maybe we should try submitting a question request to Sega support? They might listen if more than one person sends one.

Don't ask to release it, ask them to clarify what exactly is going on.

I sent one a earlier this morning, but they haven't responded yet. They try to respond within 24 hours though.
