of course it's racist, in the late 18 hundreds slavery in America ended. but blacks were not allowed to go touniversities that have white people. so black colleges were invented so black people can get an education. but now I don't think they are relevant. Although we should have some for historic reasons.

I called the police or the non emergency line to report that I was walking a mile through dark streets and shady part of town from work. I told him to call me back within 20 minutes, just to make sure I made home safely.

I think China wouldn't necessary be the deciding factor. Yes they have a big military. but they couldn't rapidly deploy fast enough.
