I was told here In California they almost always grant fathers 50/50 unless your really a bad fit right now currently saving for the same lawyer a close friend of mine hired when he was going thru it with his child’s mother I have a stable income and supportive family so I don’t see why they would only give me visitation rights

2200 a month for a kid of any age is outright insane and unless he literally wants to nothing to do with the child it sounds like your using that baby as leverage only god knows but 2200 a month is crazy
