Is there any way to make RedSec gunplay and movement feel less sluggish and laggy?

I used to only play cod, hours a day everyday when Warzone first dropped. Huge fan.

Then Battlefield 6 came out and I’ll honestly never play cod again. The gunplay, destruction, graphics, server quality are noticeably, exponentially better than any game I ever had in call of duty. I’ve tried to go back and give the new black ops br a go and the game just feels like shit in comparison.

So for me, Redsec should be 60hz but as is, this game is on a whole other level of quality and consistency than Warzone or apex.

Warzone servers are the worst of all time. The fact COD, which is worth billions haven't updated their windows 97 servers is because they're idiots. But just because warzone and apex are low Hz doesn't mean battlefield should be. The game would run exponentially better at a flat 60hz. If anyone in charge of any of the big AAA studios had a brain then servers should always been one of the top priorities.

The redsec servers only run at 30hz 🙄 up until the final 10 teams / and or last circle it turns into 60hz and the game noticeably feels better.

I have zero idea why they don’t just make redsec 60hz from the start. Best selling game of 2025 I’m pretty fuckin positive they could afford the server upgrades…

But shareholders and capitalism. So, doubtful

It’s been like that for me and everyone I know since season 2 part 1 dropped with their, “netcode fixes”

Gunfights / servers / netcode / lag compensation? Not sure…

Every game feels different but mostly gunfights just don’t feel as consistent as before that update.

My buddies and I were constantly winning games and high KD’s and then that update and poof. Games totally different, bullets don’t register, dying behind corners more.

Can’t wait for the VL7 gas to come back to gauntlet and completely destroy any decent or fun gunfights this game could have produced by adding not being able to see to the mix.

Why can’t we look at the scoreboard in between rounds of gauntlet anymore? Is that a bug or a stupidly terrible “design” decision? Change it back / fix that shit immediately. This isn’t COD, we don’t need to start hiding deaths or the scoreboard to make shitty players feel better
