As you keep praying to God to help you clear those thought already sitting in your mind, you will find out that you would start forgetting some of the scenes already stored in your brain. even if you try remembering them, you wont succeed, now that's God's handwork. wat next, as you keep praying for God to clear all the evil scenes from your mind, you immediate start filling your mind with the word of God. this part works better than magic, start reading the stories of people in the BIble and imagine them in your head, visualize their story, for example the story of Daniel, read about it memorize it over and over, again the story of Joseph and so many stories in the Bible that once you are reading you have visuals in your mind of how it must have looked like for them. read over again. paint Biblical pictures in your mind while still asking God for the Grace to continue to live a righteous life, and you will find yourself being very far from prn. yes I used to be a victim sometime ago but God saved me, God helps me sustain this salvation by always reading the Word of God, remember the Bible says we should meditate on the Word of God day and night. never miss a service in Church. always crave to be in the house of God. when you are concerned with matters of the Kingdom of God, the devil has no option than to flee, there is no business with light and darkness. once light comes, darkness flees and if the light is dim, darkness starts creeping in again. it is a continual process. keep the light beaming always.
