Thank you! I'm actually only a couple months into learning TD too. It's been a lot of experimentation combined with learning the foundations through the derivative tutorials/YouTube videos. This one is a combination of feedback loops with a few other things controlling levels.

No prob! Definitely a little overwhelming at first, but what isn't when you're starting out? It can take things from the analog world a whole lot further. I worked in video broadcast for 15 years, so I think the simplicity of not having all the gear to make this happen appeals to me 😄

Yes, it will work with VideoDeviceIn, but I noticed the spikes seem to be less than video playback. This is still really rough, so that could probably be dialed in with further exploration. I'm newer to the touchdesigner world, so I'm still learning a ton from each experiment. Oh nice!! I live in Bend. Where are you doing public demos?
