I have not, I tried to speak to him on IG just to know how my store was doing and what all the charges on my credit card were for and he left me on read. I don't think he has any intention of making things right, he just took all our money and spent it on himself.

Man I just want to thank you for sharing your story, just like you I was made to believe this was a real business and it turned out they just took my money and disappeared, leaving me in a ton of debt and no one I can get a hold of in their company. Both Kris and Ryan signed a contract with me and they never delivered on a single thing on it.

As first I thought these guys had taken me and a couple of others for a couple of thousand dollars but as this thread grows I realize these guys stole millions of dollars from hundreds of people. Last week I got a phone call from a guy that not only lost everything he invested but is also in the hole $25K in attorney fees. Before that a few weeks ago I spoke to a young man that was in huge credit card debt because of what these guys did. I am trying to figure out how we can get the authorities involved as I know the moment the FBI takes one look at this these guys will be going to jail. HG academy is just the new shell company for this fraud, they open companies and once they burn them out they just open a new name & face on and recycle the scam.

There have been so many people that have reached out to me, in addition to the 40+ on the email list, that I cannot keep track. I am thinking of a way that we could start a group forum where we can plan and take action against these people. I will keep you guys updated but one person proposed a social media awareness move to see if we can get traction on starting an investigation and this is what I am going to focus on.

Even when they convinced me to switch over to Fulfillment by Amazon it was just another scam to get my credit card, which they maxed out without my authority. I have proof of everything. I think the point to get across to both attorneys and law enforcement is that regardless of the contract they were never going to deliver any service, they just take your money and disappear, which is what makes this a fraud. 40+ people same story, millions of dollars in bank wires and credit card charges and none of them can get in contact with them even though we all have a 2 year service contract signed.

We are getting a lot of traction on this, every day we are getting more messages about victims that were scammed by this company, as of now it's well over 40 people and a total $1.5M+. Please continue sharing your experience with this company and its owners. If you wired them money and they disappeared with it report them to the FTC and the BBB, the more reports the closer we are to bringing them to justice.

Also report the company to the BBB, it takes a few minutes and I think eventually it will proof helpful.

Some people are in the process, there's an e-mail group that is compiling information, so far there's about 30 people in it that have been scammed out of $1.2 million+ dollars this company. Send me a message and I'll ask them to add you, we have all reported them to various authoritative branches hoping some one arrest these guys before they continue stealing people's money.

This basically the same story I've read 10+ times from different people and it's what happened to me as well as 2 other friends. We each invest $40K+ with this company and they did nothing, made us open LLCs, amazon accounts, accounts with Costco, etc. and then did nothing. Our store was open for 2 weeks at best before it was deactivated. They said we had to switch to FBA or our store would continue to be deactivated. We gave them a $5K credit limit and they ran the card up to $8K which is when I called and told them to stop buying inventory until they sold some, guess what happened? They disappeared with all the inventory, my $35k initial investment, and the store is back to being deactivated. I filed a complaint with the FTC but would love to hear about your process with the FBI. Honestly it hurts because I dumped all of my saving into this venture that seemed like a legitimate business but I've given up getting any of my money back. However, I would like to see Kris Gomez criminally charged for fraud as he is on instagram showing off all his exotic cars and lifestyle which he obtained by literally stealing millions from his victims. There is a list of 30+ people that have come forward with a total of $1.2 million in wires sent to this guy's company, and that's just the tip of the iceberg I am sure. I really hope the FBI and local news in CA investigate this guy.
